Our development vision is to transform Mullankolly into a model Grama Panchayat that achieves comprehensive development through public participation and a transparent administrative system, while preserving the unique characteristics and rural heritage of the border region. Key objectives include making citizen services more efficient and accessible by leveraging modern technology and eco-friendly approaches, ensuring social welfare schemes reach every household, and guaranteeing a safe and equitable social environment for women and children.
We aim to ensure the village's economic growth by modernizing the agricultural sector and promoting organic farming, value-added products, and farmer collectives. Simultaneously, we will boost rural employment opportunities by strengthening the animal husbandry sector and encouraging ventures such as dairy farming, poultry rearing, and goat farming. The Panchayat's long-term goal is to elevate the people's standard of living through infrastructure development that encompasses clean water supply, quality roads, healthcare facilities, the advancement of educational institutions, and digital services.
